Responsibilities:
1. Facilitate live model fitting and sample approval
2. Support seniors on arranging fit sessions is necessary, include models booking
3.Follow up sample TNA with merchandisers and keep track of fit approval status according to CP plan
4. Follow up daily communications with customers and internal departments e.g. fit comment
5. Review Tech Pack and provide technical support in Style Launch Meeting with Sales, Sample Room and Merchandisers
6. Join meetings with customers and support seniors to follow up technical documents/issues e.g. size specification, risk assessment…etc with internal departments if necessary.
7. Submit seasonal fit approval report (fit round, sample quality and quantity) of own customers and provide suggestions for improvement
8. Support seniors on regular sharing of technical knowledge and customers requirement with internal departments
9. Support seniors on internal technical projects/trainings
10. Maintain good relationships with customers and internal departments
11. Create/update internal style record of own customers
