The key role of this position is to provide the remote/on-site IT technical support for internal end-users in high quality and efficient way.
The major support scope covers:
- Basic computing environment support
- First level Application support
- A key contact window between China and overseas in IT supervision
岗位要求:
- At least one or two year experiences on IT technical support (优秀的(同时外语良好的)应届毕业生亦可考虑)
- CET 6, or CET4 with certain oral English level.
- Experience on customer services
- Attention to detail, Communicate effectively,
- Customer orientation,Adaptable , Flexibility and self learning,
- Problem solving, Professional attitude, Teamwork
Working Location:Guangzhou Panyu (with regular shuttle bus between Metro Station and Office)
