1. Above 2-3 years of related experience supporting and the executive level in global companies.
2. Strong command of spoken and written English, CET 6 at least.
3. Strong sense of responsibility and customer services.
4. Good communication and coordination skills.
5. Proficient in MS Office applications,very strong skills in excel, with analytic skill
6. Cantonese speaker is preferred.

To assist in managing the administrative work for the division

2. prepare reports & presentation materials in powerpoint or excel format
