- Supervise team's merchandising activities in the entire order process to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.
- Establish and enhance long term business relationship with customer through provision of quality customer service to maximize business growth.
- Build and maintain a strong vendor network for product development and production.
- Familiar in Europe market.
- Bachelor or above degree.
- More than 5 years 'experience in merchandising in trading company, including 3 years management experience.
- Good command of English.
- Customer oriented, strong leadership skill, good team player and problem solver, can work under pressure.
