Duties: 
1. Drayage Transactional Planning and Execution Inventory Reconciliation;
2. Labor/Productivity Reporting;
3. Capacity Management Report;
4. Customer and Daily Site P&L reporting;
5. Operations Exceptions;
6. 3PL Scorecards;

Requirement
1. Fluent English, Spoken and written;
2. Computer skills-Excel, Word, Internet, SAP or WMS, Email, uploading of documents. Experience with TMS preferred.
3. Strong Analytical Skills, with the ability to review data and processes and then independently determine and implement proper solutions.
4. Good Organizational Skills
5. Exhibit excellent Problem Solving and decision-making Ability - Able to resolve distribution issues, or know the resources available to do so.
6. Experience Leading teams or small groups preferred.
7. Must have excellent communication skills to work with IDS USA operations terms and management
8. Must have 3-4 years of Distribution or Logistics Experience
