Duties:
- Order Follow-up / Coordination: follow up orders with vendors, customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery; 
- Sample Submission: arrange sample submission to customers for approval; 
- Product Development: assist in the Product Development process to ensure that products meet customers' quality and budge;
- Vendor Coordination: maintain strong business relationships with vendors for product development and production; 
- Perform other duties as assigned by Management.
 

Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, major in Business Administration, Merchandising, Supply Chain Management or related; 
- 3-5 years’ experience of relevant products, candidates with experience of similar position in supplier or representative office is preferable; 
- Good command of written and oral English; 
- Good communication skill, customer oriented, self-motivated, team player and problem solver, be able to work under pressure;
- Candidates with less/more experience would be offered Assistant Merchandiser/Senior Merchandiser position if hired.
