Job Duties:-
1. Hunting & Develop new customer and expand the BD network in the assigned Industry.
2. To generate business with assigned clients, ensure successful client integration, maintain an upgrade company client relationship, execute sales process and feedback on marketing intelligence, and assist with sales forecasts.
3. Timely adjust the sales planning based on the actual & market situation and company focus.
4. Execute sales process.
5. Develop solution proposal and work with operation team for cost model development 
6. All other duties as assigned.

Job Requirement:-
1. Bachelor degree.
2. Minimum 5 years of successful experience in contract Logistics/ Forwarding industry.
3. Familiar with retail and FMCG industry.
4. Expertise and professionalism in customer contacts, understanding of customer requirements, analysis and resolution of problems and complaints.
5. Good command both of oral and written English (CET 4 or above) 
6. Aggressive & presentable, can work under pressure, good interpersonal skill and team spirit.
7. Good communication and presentation skill.
8. Familiar with MS project, Visio etc
