Duties:
- Maintain HRMS and IPL system to make sure data accuracy 100%;
- Leave error records checking;
- Mark Logbook for the staff movements;
- Prepare the final payment and payment voucher;
- Prepare monthly payroll report;
- Prepare cost allocation report;
- Scanning, filing and others.
Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Human Resources or Science;
- Fresh Graduate;
- Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills;
- Good Microsoft Office skills, such as Word, Excel, PPT;
- Good command of English in reading and writing;
- Detail-oriented;
- Able to work under pressure;
- Good interpersonal skills;
- Prefer Cantonese speaker.
