Responsibility:
1、Handling Hong Kong, China and overseas customer orders / inquiries, and carry out sales support to the sales team and distributors.
2、To develop existing accounts / acquire new customers and identify their needs to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
3、Assist the sales team to provide excellent pre-sales and after-sales services for our customers and distributors to grow the business.
4、Work closely with our factory in USA, to ensure quality delivery service.
5、Any other projects or assignments from the management.
Requirement:
1、Diploma or above with experience in trading / sales business environment.
2、Prefer experience in Jewelry or related industries.
3、Proficient in MS office and experience in ERP system is an asset.
4、Fast learner with passion to strive for excellence.
5、Well-organized with ability to multi-tasks.
6、Good command in both English and Cantonese.
