The Rauschmayer Group, a leading name in jewellery manufacturing,
is seeking a seasoned Sales for China and Oversea to direct our expansion efforts across the Chinese markets,
with a focus on promoting the Rauschmayer brand.
The successful candidate will be charged with formulating and executing a comprehensive sales strategy,
nurturing key business partnerships, and managing our sales operations from our headquarters in Guangzhou.
Key Responsibilities:
• Pro-actively identify and secure key account clients across China,
targeting significant jewellery brands and offering specialized OEM & ODM manufacturing services.
Primary market is China.
• Strategically enhance the presence of the Rauschmayer brand within the Chinese market,
focusing efforts on chain stores, e-commerce platforms, and select family-owned retailers.
Qualifications:
• Extensive sales experience in the jewellery industry, with a comprehensive understanding of the Chinese market.
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies,
leading a team to achieve significant sales growth.
• Exceptional networking capabilities, with the ability to foster and
maintain relationships with key accounts across the targeted countries.
• Preparedness to travel extensively across China to fulfil business requirements.
• Good in English
Additional Notes:
• The Sales China, will inherit an existing client base and revenue stream,
offering a robust platform for further expansion.
• The role includes significant autonomy in conducting business activities that are beneficial to the brand,
with a stipulation for a 50% gross profit mark-up based on cost, subject to approval from the CSO.
